3D MAXpider Limited Warranty guarantees, that all products, including Kagu and Classic floor liners are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of three (3) years after the purchase. Note, that the purchase has to be made through after retail an authorized dealer. To claim for the warranty, one can always refer to the dealer they purchased the product from, and let them know, that a floor mat requires replacement. They will instruct you further on the steps that need to be taken to proceed with the warranty claim.

Note, that this guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper installation, normal ‘wear and tear’ (cosmetic defects that appear with time as long as you use the product), willful abuse, or modification. We want to pay your attention, that removal of the 3D emblem is considered a modification. Limited 3-year warranty does not cover consequential damage caused by non-operation of the product. As long as this warranty is non-transferrable, only the original purchaser can apply for it.
